Fees
My fees are as follows for phone or video sessions*
- $150 per 60-minute session
- $165 per ‘counselling for two’ 60-minute session
- $37.50 per 15-minutes of work for reports, forms, letter writing, and clinical document review
Given there’s usually a lot to discuss in one session, most clients find a 60-minute time slot to be beneficial. However, I also offer other options such as 30, 90, or 120 minutes. If you do not see the session length you are looking for on my booking site, please contact me.
GST is no longer added to my services
*Please note that I do not offer in-person sessions.
Cancellation Policy
The session that you book is time reserved exclusively for your benefit. My 24 hour cancellation policy is based on fairness to you, myself, and other clients needing appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at a rate of 100% for the cost of the session. Same day bookings which are subsequently cancelled (and where I am unable to fill the spot in time) are subject to the same cancellation fee.
Payment Methods
I use Jane scheduling software that uses Stripe — a credit card processing system that accepts all major credit cards. In order to conserve paper, an official receipt with my registration number will be emailed to you no later than two days after your session.
Crime Victim Assistance Program
I am also a registered counsellor for the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and will bill them for a portion of your 60 minute session. As my hourly rate is $150 and CVAP covers $135 per hour, the difference of $15 will be billed to the client.
