Meredith Woolley, M.C. RCC

I’m Meredith Woolley, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who has been supporting adults since 2011. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they work through trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life’s many challenges.

Having experienced my own difficult seasons, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. I know what it’s like to sit in the client’s chair, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy hiking, backcountry camping, roller skating, reading, learning about nutrition, spending time with loved ones, and travelling. Experiencing different cultures has broadened my perspective and continues to shape how I connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Beginning counselling is an investment in yourself. It takes courage to reach out, and it can also be the start of meaningful change. Together, we’ll create a space to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop practical ways to move forward, and build on your existing strengths.

I understand that choosing a counsellor is both a financial and emotional investment. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and confident that we’re working toward what matters most to you.

Specialized Counsellor Training, Education and Credentials

I believe that learning as a counsellor should not end after graduation. Attending workshops and training programs on topics relevant to my field is important to me as I strive to grow as a counsellor and as a person.
