GST is not charged on counselling services.
Sessions are offered by secure video or telephone only.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. My 24-hour cancellation policy helps ensure fairness to you, myself, and other clients seeking appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. Same-day appointments that are later cancelled are also subject to the cancellation fee if I am unable to fill the appointment time.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Jane using Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards. An official receipt, including my registration number, will be emailed to you within two business days of your session.
Crime Victim Assistance Program
I am an approved counsellor with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). CVAP covers $135 of a 60-minute counselling session. As my standard fee is $150, clients are responsible for the remaining $15.
